Traffic Monitor collects the following information to provide its services:

• Email address (from Google account login)
• Google OAuth token (for read-only Google Search Console access)
• Discord user ID (for alerts — optional)
• Blog URLs (up to 3) and alert threshold settings
• YouTube channel ID (for YouTube performance monitoring — optional)
• Saved keywords and rank-tracking registrations
• Post SEO analysis history (date, URL, SEO score, Search Console metrics, AI suggestions)
• Subscription plan type and expiry date

2. How We Use Your Information

• Account authentication and identification
• Blog traffic monitoring via Google Search Console
• Sending Discord DM alerts when traffic spikes or drops
• AI-powered traffic analysis (Gemini) — cause diagnosis and improvement suggestions
• Storing post traffic snapshots for performance analytics
• Keyword research: search volume, competition, and trend analysis
• Google keyword rank tracking
• Post SEO audit — crawling user-submitted blog post URLs, combining Search Console data, and generating AI suggestions
• YouTube video performance monitoring (Pro plan)
• Weekly traffic report delivery (Subscriber and above)
• Subscription plan management and renewal processing
• Service improvement and error resolution

3. Data Retention

Data is deleted upon account closure or when the purpose of collection is fulfilled.

• Post traffic snapshots: auto-deleted 90 days after collection
• Keyword analysis cache: auto-refreshed after 7 days
• Rank tracking history: deleted when tracking is removed or account is closed
• Post SEO analysis history: deleted on account closure (max 50 records retained)

4. Post Crawling

When using the Post SEO Audit feature, the HTML of the URL you submit is temporarily processed on our servers.

• Only URLs from blogs you own (registered in your Search Console) may be submitted.
• Raw HTML is not stored — only extracted structural data (title, word count, heading count, etc.).
• Extracted data is sent to the Gemini AI API. No personally identifiable information is included.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. When you close your account, all data — including traffic snapshots, keyword records, and SEO analysis history — is immediately deleted.
