Terms of Service

1. What Traffic Monitor Does

Traffic Monitor provides the following features:

• Blog traffic monitoring via Google Search Console
• Daily Discord DM alerts for traffic spikes and drops
• AI-powered traffic diagnosis and improvement suggestions (Gemini)
• 30-day post click history and performance analytics
• Keyword research: search volume, competition, trend, and opportunity score
• Automatic daily Google keyword rank tracking
• Post SEO Audit — submit a blog post URL and receive an SEO score, Search Console metrics, and AI suggestions (Pro, 30/month)
• YouTube video performance monitoring and alerts (Pro)
• Weekly traffic report via Discord (Subscriber and above)

2. Account Terms

• You must have a Google account and be at least 14 years old.
• You must own or have authorized access to the websites you register in Search Console.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription Plans

• You may change your plan at any time.
• Monthly usage limits reset on the 1st of each month.
• Prices and plan features may change with 14 days advance notice.

4. Free Pro Trial

All new users receive a 30-day free Pro trial upon sign-up.

• All Pro features are available during the trial period.
• After the trial ends, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan.
• The trial is available once per account and requires no payment information.
• Trial availability and duration may change at our discretion.

5. Billing and Cancellation

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Paddle (our payment processor and Merchant of Record).
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of payment — see our Refund Policy.

6. Post SEO Audit — Acceptable Use

• You may only submit URLs of blog posts that you own and have registered in Google Search Console.
• Do not submit URLs from third-party websites or blogs you do not own.
• AI analysis results are for reference only and do not guarantee improved search rankings.

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not access or use another person's account or Search Console data without authorization.
• Do not use automated means to make excessive API calls or disrupt service operations.
• Do not redistribute keyword analysis data or AI results obtained through the service.
• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of Google Search Console API data.
• AI analysis results (including traffic analysis and Post SEO Audit) are informational and do not guarantee ranking improvements.
• We are not liable for service disruptions caused by third-party API changes, data delays, or external outages.
• Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
