Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All new users receive a 30-day free Pro trial upon sign-up. No payment information is required during the trial period. After the trial ends, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your current plan until the end of the billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • 7-day refund window: If you request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment and have not made significant use of the service, we will issue a full refund.
  • Service outage: If the service experiences a major outage lasting more than 72 consecutive hours due to our error, affected users may request a pro-rated refund for the affected period.
  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once due to a billing error, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately upon verification.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refund requests made after 7 days of the billing date
  • Partial months of service already used
  • Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at q123096@gmail.com with your account email and reason for the refund request. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
